These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any enquiry you submit to Greenburgh Premier Bounce House Rental (“we”, “us”). By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. They describe how enquiries, quotes and bookings work; they are not a confirmed rental agreement, the specifics of which are set when a booking is arranged.
Using This Website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about our rentals and to request a quote. You agree to provide accurate information, not to misuse the site, and not to interfere with its operation. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
Enquiries and Quotes
Submitting the enquiry form sends us a request for information — it is not a confirmed booking. A quote is based on the rental type, size, date, duration, delivery address and any add-ons you describe, and is subject to availability. Quotes are provided in response to your enquiry and may be revised if the details change.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only when we accept your enquiry and you agree to the specific terms — including the rental, date, time, delivery location and price — at the time of booking. Until then, neither submitting an enquiry nor receiving a quote obligates either party. Specific rental terms are provided when a booking is arranged.
Pricing and Payment
Rental pricing depends on several factors, including the type and size of the inflatable, the rental duration, the delivery distance from Greenburgh, add-ons such as additional inflatables or concession machines, and the date and seasonal demand. Because of this, we do not publish fixed prices on this site; confirmed pricing is provided with your quote and at booking. Payment methods and timing are confirmed when a booking is arranged.
Delivery, Setup and Pickup
We deliver, set up and pick up our equipment. Setup requires safe access to the placement area, a suitable surface, adequate clearance and a power source for the blower — tell us about your power access and we'll confirm suitable arrangements. The scope of delivery, setup and pickup, and any charges, are confirmed in your quote and at booking.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any applicable terms, are provided when a booking is arranged. We aim to be reasonable, especially for weather-related changes.
Rental Responsibilities and Safety
An adult must supervise use at all times, and users must follow the safety rules provided at setup. The specific rental agreement and rental terms — including any responsibilities for the equipment while it is in your care — are confirmed separately before a booking is arranged. Specific safety rules are provided at delivery.
Weather and Safety
Safety comes first. We may reschedule or decline setup when weather or site conditions make use unsafe, such as high winds, storms or unsuitable ground. We will work with you to find a safe alternative where possible.
SMS Communications
The enquiry form offers two separate, optional SMS consent choices — service-related and marketing — both unchecked by default; neither is required to request a quote. If you opt in, message frequency varies, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, and standard message and data rates may apply. We do not share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and our liability for issues arising from its use is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
