Question 1

What types of inflatables do you rent?

Accepted Answer

We rent bounce houses, obstacle courses, water slides and party packages. See our rentals for an overview, or the individual pages for each type.

Question 2

Which inflatable is right for my event?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your guests and space. A bounce house suits younger kids and smaller yards; an obstacle course is better for older kids and high-throughput events; a water slide is ideal for hot days. Describe your event and we'll recommend one.

Question 3

Can I rent more than one inflatable at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A party package lets you bundle several pieces into one delivery. Tell us your space and headcount and we'll suggest a combination that fits.

Question 4

Do you rent to schools, camps and community events?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Obstacle courses and packages are popular for school field days, camps and community events because they handle many participants at once. Share your event size and date and we'll recommend the right rental.

Question 5

How much does a bounce house rental cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the rental type and size, the duration, the delivery distance from Greenburgh, any add-ons, and the date. We provide a quote based on your specific details rather than fixed prices on the site. See our bounce house rentals for what drives pricing.

Question 6

Why don't you publish prices online?

Accepted Answer

Each event is different — the rental, duration, delivery distance and date all affect price. A quote based on your actual details is more accurate than a fixed price that may not apply to your situation.

Question 7

Is delivery included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Delivery, setup and pickup are part of the rental service. Delivery distance is one of the factors in your quote, and the full scope of what's included and any charges are confirmed in your quote — which is why we ask for your address.

Question 8

Are there add-ons I should budget for?

Accepted Answer

Add-ons such as additional inflatables, concession machines or lawn games can affect price. Tell us what you're interested in and we'll include any add-ons in your quote so there are no surprises.

Question 9

How do I pay, and when?

Accepted Answer

Payment methods and timing are confirmed when a booking is arranged. We'll walk through the details with you before anything is set.

Question 10

How do I book a rental?

Accepted Answer

Submit the enquiry form with your date, address and the rental you want. We call you back to confirm availability and provide a quote. A booking is confirmed only when we agree the specifics together.

Question 11

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

Earlier is better, especially for weekends and summer dates. We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when a unit is still available.

Question 12

What happens on the day of my event?

Accepted Answer

We deliver and set up the inflatable, anchor it securely, check that it's safe and walk through the rules with you before guests arrive. At the arranged time we return to break it down and pick it up.

Question 13

Do you deliver, set up and pick up?

Accepted Answer

Yes — all three are included with every rental. You don't handle the heavy equipment; we do.

Question 14

Do I need to be present for delivery and pickup?

Accepted Answer

An adult needs to be available to receive the delivery, review the setup and rules, and be present for pickup. We'll coordinate timing with you when the booking is arranged.

Question 15

What do I need to provide at my location?

Accepted Answer

A safe, level space with the clearance the specific unit requires around and above it, and a power source for the blower. Tell us about your power access and we'll confirm suitable arrangements. For water slides, a garden hose is also needed.

Question 16

Do you supervise the inflatable during the party?

Accepted Answer

An adult must supervise use at all times. We review the safety rules with you at setup so you're ready to supervise. We handle delivery, setup and pickup — you handle the fun.

Question 17

What happens in bad weather?

Accepted Answer

Safety comes first. If weather makes use unsafe — high winds or storms — we'll work with you to reschedule or find a safe alternative. Share your date and we'll talk through the options.

Question 18

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

Contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Specifics are provided when a booking is arranged. We aim to be reasonable, especially for weather-related changes.

Question 19

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We deliver within Greenburgh, NY and to nearby Westchester County communities. Share your address and we'll confirm whether we can reach you for your date. See our service areas for more.

Question 20

I'm outside Greenburgh — can you still deliver?

Accepted Answer

We focus on Greenburgh and nearby Westchester County. If you're a little further out, share your address and we'll let you know whether delivery is an option for your date and what it would involve.

Question 21

Can you set up at a park or school?

Accepted Answer

Parks, schools and shared community spaces can work well, though they may require access arrangements and a suitable surface. Tell us where you'd like setup and we'll confirm what's possible.

Question 22

Does delivery distance affect the price?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Delivery distance from Greenburgh is one of the factors in your quote, which is why we ask for your service address. The closer you are, the simpler delivery tends to be.

Question 23

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Submit the enquiry form on any page with your date, address and the rental you're considering, or call us at (914) 449-5655. We'll confirm availability and provide a quote.

Question 24

What information should I include in my enquiry?

Accepted Answer

Your event date and preferred time, the service address, the rental you want (or a description of your event), the number and ages of guests, and anything about your space — yard size, surface, power access, stairs.

Question 25

What happens after I submit the form?

Accepted Answer

We review your enquiry and call you back to confirm availability and provide a quote. Submitting the form isn't a confirmed booking — we confirm the details together before anything is set.

Question 26

Where can I read the full terms?

Accepted Answer

See our Terms & Conditions for how enquiries, quotes, bookings, delivery and cancellations work, and our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
